I understand that Keri Mae Lamar is a practicing Clinical Herbalist. Currently, herbalism is not considered a recognized health care modality in the State of Washington. As such, there is no state or national licensing for herbal practitioners; there is only national certification and registration. I understand that Keri Mae is currently working towards certification as a Registered Herbalist (RH) of the American Herbalists Guild, the only organization in the United States that offers certification for the professional clinical herbalist.

All information provided by readers is confidential but may be shared anonymously with Keri Mae’s instructors/mentors in order to give her feedback and information so that I, the reader, may continue to take full responsibility for my own health and well being.

I understand Keri Mae NOT a Medical Doctor nor does she practice conventional medical diagnosis, or prescribe treatment. She does not claim to cure disease, nor does she advise about pharmaceuticals and medications at any time. She has no objections to anyone being seen or evaluated by their own medical doctor(s). If I have any questions or concerns about my condition, or about any changes I choose to embark upon, I understand that I ought to discuss these things with my physician. Keri Mae also recommends I inquire and explore any recommendations she provides with any professionals in healthcare. It is also understood that any results obtained will be partially dependent upon my own efforts.

Recommendations here may incorporate herbs, supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. Recommendations may be used to instill physical, emotional, mental, and/or spiritual balance. None of these are prescriptive, and are at the full discretion of the reader.
